The EMA Training Centres and facilities at Auckland and Hamilton  are available for hire for seminars, functions and events.

Available event equipment:

·        All rooms have ultra modern LED touch screens in the classrooms to facilitate interactive delivery of content and information (cost is included in the room rate).
·        Rooms C has 2 drop down screens with data projectors. These are operated in unison with each other, or the 2 LED touch screens.
·        WiFi
·        White Boards and Pens
·        Flip Charts with paper
·        Remote hand held mouse with laser pointers
·        Internal PA system with tuner and CD
·        Hand held Microphones with table or floor stands
·        Lapel Microphones
·        Lectern
·        Stage risers
·        Built in water coolers
 

Car Parking:

EMA Parking Building, is a User Pays Facility and is accessed form Auburn Street.
Access to Disabled Parking is available on the first Level off Auburn Street and will not require or receive a parking ticket.
For personal safety please use the Lift / Stairway to Exit the car park.
We have enough car parks on site to generally accommodate most courses and events, however, as we often have several events running on the same day we cannot guarantee car parking availability. Attendees may prefer to car pool or use alternative transport where possible.
 
Catering:
EMA has a dedicated onsite Caterer, and a menu can be tailored to your needs
The standard full day menu is $36.00 per person, can be:-
On Arrival - Coffee, Tea
Morning Tea – Sweet or savoury, muffin.
Lunch – Chef’s choice of a hot plated meal.
Afternoon Tea - biscuits
Morning or Afternoon Tea only with coffee etc. on arrival is $10.00 per person.
*Alternative menus are available on request

There is limited parking available on site. From 3.30pm  free parking is available in the WINTEC student carpark (cnr Trsitram and Collingwood Sts, opposite the EMA office). Farmers carpark is the closest parking building, located on Alexandra St.

Full day menu is $36.00 per person. The menu can be tailored to your needs, an example is:
On Arrival - Coffee, Tea and Orange Juice
Morning Tea - Savoury, Club Sandwiches, muffin
Lunch - Bread Cases, Mini Croissants, Chicken Drumsticks, Vegetable Fritters, Fruit Platter and Cheese
Afternoon Tea - Cakes and Fruit platter
Morning or Afternoon Tea only with coffee etc. on arrival is $10.00 per person.
