Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) Northern - Wage Calculator

Wage Calculator

EMA has prepared an indicative wage calculator to identify the ongoing and sequential costs associated with a minimum wage increase of $0.75 (April this year) as directed by the new Labour Govt. It also identifies the proposed change to the minimum wage by 2021 to $20.00.  Members are urged to use this tool if they have staff currently on the minimum wage of $15.75.  We are also keen to hear from you about the effects to your business of these changes to the minimum wage.
