Auckland & Northland
  • Bruce Lotter [BA/LLB] is an experienced human resources and employment relations professional with 26 years experience.
  • John Hansen has been working in human resources for 29 years - half in New Zealand and half in Australia. He has broad experience across the HR function obtained through practical application, management of the function, and consulting.
  • Max McGowan [Dip Bus PMER, Cert PMIR] Max has had many years as a successful practitioner and consultant in the Human Resources and Employment Relations field.
  • After completing a BA, her entry to Human Resource management was recruiting and training volunteers for a not-for profit organisation. Her primary HR roles have been with Trustbank (2.5 years) and Fisher & Paykel (8 years) before independent HR contracting for the last 5 years in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Peter Elder [BA, BSoc Sc (Hons), Dip IR] is an experienced human resource professional who, between 1976 and 1986, worked in the IR Division of the Ministry of Transport.
  • With nearly 30 years of Employment Relations and Human Resources experience, Jason brings a wealth of practical knowledge to every engagement.
  • Sarah [BBS, PGDipHRM] is an HR Specialist with 16 years' multidiscipline business leadership experience, including holding the Head of HR position at a specialist NZ bank for seven years.
  • Murray has been working in the employment relations field for more than 30 years, with experience in collective bargaining, personal grievances, employment agreements, investigations, restructuring, mediations and general human resources.
Waikato & Bay of Plenty
  • Amanda is part of the Bay of Plenty and South Waikato team. She has held senior HR advisory roles in various industries including health, wood processing and agriculture.
  • Clive has been our HR and Employment Relations consultant in the Bay of Plenty and South Waikato regions for 11 years and has built a well-respected team that gets the job done. Clive provides practical, efficient and cost effective advice and service across all employment matters.
  • Tarrin is part of the Bay of Plenty and South Waikato team. She has held senior HR roles in New Zealand and overseas in manufacturing, forestry and local government.
  • Chris is part of our HR and Employment Relations team in Tauranga supporting businesses within the Bay of Plenty. Chris has over 12 years' experience working within human resource management in the public and private sector.
  • Russell’s employment relations expertise has seen him work both as an independent mediator and as advocate for the employer in all forums from the workplace and mediation services to the Employment Authority and Employment Court.
