Sean joined the team as an Employer Advisor in May 2000 providing advice on employment relations, human resource management and employment legislation and has been Team Leader since 2004.
Sean previously worked as an Employment Advisor with New Zealand Employment Service (Department of Labour) and for Work and Income New Zealand, working to meet the recruitment needs of employers and assisting job applicants towards work.
Prior to moving to New Zealand, Sean worked in London for a Recruitment company and at the Department of Employment.
