Rachel graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2016 and joined the EMA as an Employer Advisor in February 2017. She advises on a variety of HR and employment relations matters including disciplinary action, procedural fairness considerations, restructuring processes, and trial periods. Rachel also contributes case summaries to the EMA Employer Bulletin and helps maintain updates to EMA's A - Z of Employment Guides.
