Myriam Heynen [BA, Dip Bus PMER, MRCSA] began her exposure to business in the family printing firm at a young age.
After completing a BA, her entry to Human Resource management was recruiting and training volunteers for a not-for profit organisation. Her primary HR roles have been with Trustbank (2.5 years) and Fisher & Paykel (8 years) before independent HR contracting since 1998 in Australia and New Zealand.
Passionate about imparting knowledge, Myriam has also been involved in the design and delivery of training in aspects of HR management. Myriam has been an EMA employment relations consultant since February 2003.
