Bernadette joined EMA in 2015 and manages the Employment Relations (ER) and Human Resources (HR) training portfolio of public courses covering introductory workshops to advanced level courses.  

As a content creator, Bernadette also researches and produces EMA’s specialty conferences in employment relations, payroll, health & safety and procedural fairness.

Prior to joining EMA, Bernadette was responsible for marketing, conferences and events in the manufacturing sector.  With a passion for group fitness, she has also instructed Les Mills RPM classes and believes in a healthy balance of exercise, chocolate and enjoying a glass of wine with good people.
