  • How to adapt your communication style to suit the situation and who you’re talking to

What you’ll learn:

Poor communication leads to misunderstanding, with potentially detrimental effects on relationships and business. Everyone has a unique communication style, and this workshop in the ‘Zero In’ series is all about understanding yours and recognising others’. Overall, it will transform your interactions with customers and colleagues.

This concise half-day workshop introduces you to the TetraMap® system of understanding human behaviour. It will help you understand why people might behave in certain ways, and how you can modify your own communication style to suit different situations.

There are four workshops in the series, designed for new and small businesses in the Waikato. The half-day sessions are scheduled one month apart, letting you ‘Zero In’ on Better Communication, Great Customer Service, Sales Success and Time Management.
