Where & when: available online to suit your timing, with no travel required. This five-level/lesson game takes around 3 hours to complete in one session. Each lesson/level must be completed in one session to progress

What you’ll learn



kplaceSIM is a unique, game-based way to engage a wide variety of users in workplace safety, overcoming such things as literacy barriers.

This immersive way of training takes the form of an innovative and exciting game delivered on a PC platform. It uses behavioural psychology and industry-relevant interactive 3D simulations to help train employees on Health & Safety in the workplace.

Research shows that interactive simulations deliver greater engagement, skill retention and worker confidence than traditional forms of teaching.

  • kplaceSIM is available for both Windows and MacOS.
  • To access and play WorkplaceSIM, you will need to download the WorkplaceSIM application (.exe) and install it on your (or the participant's) computer. Your IT team can arrange this for you, if you dont have system priviliges.
  • The game will need web access. For those using proxy servers - an exception will need to be added to their proxy server for calls to the API address (https://api.e-quipweb.com)
