The Ultimate Business Manager

Master all the skills, tools and techniques that drive ultimate success in business
Who's this programme for?
Advanced: Analyse, Create and Evaluate

If you manage a business, organisation, business unit or department, this programme will make you a consummate practitioner. It is also the perfect pathway if you are preparing to become a manager. In working through this programme, you will apply a number of management best practices within your own business to improve its performance.

What you'll learn:
If you register for the Ultimate Business Manager programme you’ll join our EMA Diploma in Business Management participants to learn all the ingredients of great management, from strategy to leadership and stakeholder engagement to efficiency improvement. You’ll attend all eight 2-day blocks and receive all the course materials. You won’t, however, be assessed against the NZQA Unit Standards that learners on the full Diploma will be taking.

And if you decide you want to upgrade to the Diploma once you’ve started, you can simply top up your payment and start working on the assessments (as long as you meet the Diploma entry requirements).
