If you sell goods or services to consumers, in any capacity, this foundation-level course is for you.

What you’ll learn:
Significant protection for consumers is guaranteed under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The implications for business are broad and significant, and this online course provides a valuable introduction to them. You’ll learn everything from concepts like acceptable quality and seconds through to compensation and enforcement. Using case studies and examples, it’s a highly informative 60-minute session.

Where and when: 60 minutes to complete, but time, duration and sessions are flexible.

After, you’ll be able to…
