This introductory to intermediate-level course is ideal for those new to payroll or in need of a refresher. It delivers an effective working knowledge of legal requirements, helping ensure payroll processes are compliant.
 

What you’ll learn:

Managing payroll can be complex, and even experienced practitioners can benefit from guidance on the details. This useful one-day course shows how to interpret and apply the legislation to your payroll, with systems and processes to maintain accuracy in all calculations. The focus is on wage-related legislation, including the Employment Relations Act 2000, Minimum Wage Act 1983 and KiwiSaver Act 2006.
