What you’ll learn:

Interviews can make or break the recruitment process. A well-constructed approach will include an awareness of legal restraints and restrictions, insights into candidate behaviour and a fair analysis process for all candidates. In this introductory to intermediate-level course you’ll learn effective interview skills and new techniques to improve the information you gather from candidates. It includes preparation of core questions and reference checking.

  • Understand your legal obligations
  • Use advanced listening skills to maximise your uptake of information
  • Conduct unbiased reference checks
