Who’s this course for?

This is necessary training for any Health & Safety Representative, and extremely valuable for any Health & Safety committee member, or anyone wanting to better comprehend the Health and Safety at Work Act.

What’s included?

  • Introduction to workplace Health & Safety and the HSWA, the functions and wider roles of Health and Safety Representatives, and workplace Health & Safety cultures
  • Worker engagement and participation; good faith practices
  • Hazard and risk management
  • Injury, illness and accident recording, reporting and investigation.

What you’ll learn:

This two-day course provides Health & Safety Representatives with necessary knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA), supporting regulations, and the duties of a Representative.

  • Understand Health & Safety legal requirements
