Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) Northern - Self Confidence in a Confident You

Self Confidence in a Confident You

Improve your confidence and gain a strong sense of self
Who’s this course for?

If you desire to construct a self-confident life, want to grow as a person or would like to grow better and more effective relationships with others then this course is for you.

What you’ll learn:

Self-confidence is a belief that no matter what is put in front of us we will be able to cope with the adversity. It is a ‘l(earn)t’ belief that achieves its value from two things:

1. Success and failure are fertilizers for growth - we ‘learn’ self-confidence!

2. Nothing happens until you do something – we ‘earn’ self-confidence!

Spread comfortably over two and a half days, each a week apart, this unique programme gives time for the ‘learning’, planning and activating of your ‘earning’.

Where and when: each series is two and a half days
