Who’s this course for?

This programme is perfect for anyone who wants to build their self-confident levels, grow as a person and have better, more effective relationships with others.

What’s included?

  • Understanding assertiveness and employing it to handle fears, deal with feedback and lead your thinking
  • Building mental resilience to cope with failures, bounce back and work effectively with difficult situations and people
  • Learn the power of mindfulness and other mental control techniques to stay in control, prevent conflicts and manage anger
  • Self-management: goal setting, prioritisation, managing time effectively and the process of continuous improvement.

What you’ll learn:

Self-confidence is a belief that no matter what is put in front of us we will be able to cope. It is a ‘l(earn)t’ belief that achieves its value from two things:

  • Success and failure are fertilisers for growth: we ‘learn’ self-confidence
  • Nothing happens until you do something: we ‘earn’ self-confidence.

Spread comfortably over two and a half days, each a week apart, this unique programme gives time for the ‘learning’, planning and activating of your ‘earning’.
