While some people choose sales roles, others find themselves in a sales role simply by default. But sales is everybody’s business, from receptionists to CEOs. Every time you talk about your company, about your services or your products, you are selling, whether you like it or not.

But if you are serious about your sales career, or if a new sales role seems daunting to you and you don’t know where to start, this course will introduce you to the wonderful and exciting world of sales by teaching you the steps of the sales process from planning to closing.
