This introductory workshop shares techniques that will let you build your energy, lessen fatigue and manage pressure more easily.

Like a high-performance engine needs quality fuel, regular grease and oil checks and regular maintenance, to optimise performance our body needs good quality food, regular hydration and restorative sleep. You’ll find out how your mind and body respond to the right fuel and rest. You’ll be armed with knowledge to observe your progress: improved sleep patterns, better hydration levels and naturally increased energy levels.

  • Identify your energy needs and how to fuel your body according to your daily requirements 
  • Determine the amount of rest you need for optimal energy
  • Recognise how food and drink choices can contribute to feeling fatigued or provide better energy.
