This course is suitable for anyone who has to spend a substantial amount of time in an office environment, particularly in one place. If you want to know how to your set up your computer workstation and regulate environmental factors such as lighting, this is for you.

 
What you’ll learn:

This foundation-level course explores the health risks workers face within an office environment. Delivered online, in the space of roughly 60-minutes you’ll learn how to work safely, including how to set up a safe, healthy and productive workspace.
