If you are an HR or ER practitioner responsible for managing union relationships, this practical course is for you. This intermediate level course will prepare you with the tools and techniques to negotiate collective agreements from initiating bargaining, to the bargaining process agreement and terms of settlement.

How to manage environmental factors, competing interests and multiple claims to create the best outcomes for both unions and businesses.

You’ll learn about the key issues when creating a bargaining process agreement and how to prepare for a negotiation – including mediation and dealing with industrial action.
