  • How DiSC findings can improve conflict prevention and resolution.

What you’ll learn:

DiSC is a proven assessment tool that lets us better understand people’s behavioural differences to the benefit of productivity, teamwork and communication.

Using the DiSC inventory, participants in this one-day workshop will learn how to understand their own behaviour and the behaviour of others on their team. You’ll produce your own profile by completing an inventory, and then look at how to map others in the team to see how behaviours contribute to team roles and outcomes. By improving interpersonal relationships, DiSC increases any team’s chances of success.
