Who’s this eLearning course for?
The Communication at work introduction module introduces your staff to the key elements of effective communication in the workplace. It has been designed with the new-to-the-workforce employee in mind and so covers topics to help them:

• Understand what good communication is
• Learn to build good communication skills
• Identify methods and tools to communicate effectively

Where and when: 
Learn at your own pace, but this course should ideally take around 15 minutes to complete. You can complete the course across multiple sessions if you choose to.

This module has been created for your team as part of the Induction package so they have everything they need in one place to communicate professionally and effectively in their new role.

Like all Skillpod modules, this module is ready to use immediately, or can be tailored to suit the specifics of your business and staff by including relevant information such as:
