  • Strategies to create an environment to enable constructive discussions and value for both parties
  • Practical tips to prepare for the negotiation including preparation of claims, bargaining team composition and assessing underlying “interests”
  • Navigating the issues when dealing with mediation and industrial action

  • Confidently assess the landscape of business risks in the context of negotiating with unions during collective bargaining.
