Personal Grievance (PG) claims can be costly and are always time consuming. This one-day course will arm you with a broad understanding of how procedural fairness relates to disciplinary processes, performance management and change management.

The key concepts of good faith, good reason and fair process give employers and managers clarity in communication, consultation and time frames when making critical decisions that affect employees.

This course blends onsite learning with key skills to help you find further EMA resources to solve complex situations as they arise.
