Personal grievance (PG) claims can be costly and are always time-consuming. This one-day course will arm you with a sound working knowledge of employment law to minimise the risk of PG claims hitting your business. It gives employers and managers clarity on procedural fairness in all business dealings, including communication, consultation and time frames.
