During this informative full-day course you’ll learn the key principles of NZ employment law and your legal obligations as an employer, as well as the fundamental differences to the Australian environment. You’ll learn how to apply good faith principles and procedural fairness in an employment relationship to reduce your risk of personal grievances in your business.

Ensure all employees are paid in accordance with legislative requirements.
Due to the current environment the course is offered via Microsoft Teams, with content being delivered over two half-days. Start time on each day is approximately NZ 10am – taking into account the time difference between NZ and Australia.
