Volunteers Employment Protection Act
When employees who are in the territorial or reserve forces go on protected voluntary service their employment is protected. This guide discusses what an employer needs to do in such a case.
The object of the Volunteers Employment Protection Act 1973 is to protect the employment of
members of the territorial or reserve forces who go on protected voluntary service.
