What you’ll learn:
New Zealand employment legislation is complex and wide ranging, with payroll practitioners requiring knowledge of key Acts to ensure calculations comply with the law. This course will allow learners to understand the essential calculations covering a range of employee payment situations.
During this level 5 course, fully worked examples covering a range of different situations will be provided that can be applied in your workplace. Learners are encouraged throughout the course to ask questions.
Please note: This course is not suited to a person new or in an entry level payroll position.

Gaining a NZPPA Certificate:
If the learner wishes to gain a NZPPA certificate, we offer the opportunity to complete an online assessment after the course. If the learner does not want undertake assessment, a certificate of attendance will be issued if requested. This course in part will help in completing the online assessment requirements for NZPPA Certification to be a recognised payroll professional.
