Course Cancellation Policy - Transfers - Refunds:
EMA requires five clear working days notice of a cancellation to allow for a refund. Unless otherwise stated a 10% administration charge will apply. If you are unable to give such notice you may arrange another person to attend in your place. Unless such notice is given, full conference fees are payable and refunds will not be given. However you can still receive the conference documentation.

EMA reserves the right to add, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programs, prices and venues.

Should a conference or event fail to attract a required minimum number of participants we reserve the right to cancel it.
