FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
The following is a list of some of the questions that our staff are asked on a regular basis. If your question is not answered on this page, please feel free to contact us for more information.
Q: Many of your conferences feature catered sessions. Is it possible to pre-order or get a special selection for the meal?
A: All of our conference menus feature pre-selected items from a list supplied by the venue. We attempt to ensure that a suitable vegetarian selection is available at each event. In the case of medical or religious concern, it may be possible to provide extra information or a different option for individual delegates. In this event, please contact us or list your needs in the special requirements section of our registration form.
Q: I'm not sure if I'm able to attend an event for which I've registered/I was unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances. What can I do?
A: Full details of our cancellation and non-attendance policy is available at the bottom of our registration form.
Q: I'm not sure if I'm able to attend an event for which I've registered, but someone else from my organisation wishes to attend. Is this possible?
A: Yes, most EMA events support transferable bookings. Please discuss your new requirements with our registration team and we should be able to accomodate your requirements.

Q: I have an EMA training voucher. Is it possible to redeem it against the price of an event?
A: Yes, within the limits stated on the training voucher. The event must be a regularly priced, full-day event. Unfortunately, you cannot use the voucher against events such as Fresh breakfasts or Schmooze evening events.
Q: What are the parking facilities like at the venue I will be attending?
A: For a list of parking facilities at our most commonly used venues, please consult our venues page. If you require further information, please contact the venue directly for more information.
Q: I'm keen to upskill, but there's such a large range of products out there - conferences, seminars, briefings, training courses. What type of event should I be looking at attending?
A: That depends entirely on your job function and of your experience and knowledge with tasks related to the subject of the course or conference. Our overview page outlines the basic differences. Some delegates may be better suited to the learning environment of our training courses; conferences and events are often targetted at delegates with existing interest and/or knowledge of the conference's theme.
