Board and forums
How is EMA governed?
Like any association, members are encouraged to participate in guiding our future direction. Member feedback is extremely valuable and is encouraged both informally and through structured surveys and member meetings.
A Board of up to 15 elected representatives is the paramount governing body of the association. From the board 7 members are appointed to the Employers Forum and 7 to the Manufacturers Forum. EMA's policy is developed by its members through its board and two forums which are supported by a range of committees.
