Supervision Essentials 3:
Leading Teams through Change

For

All those in leadership roles who need to initiate and drive change, and lead their teams through change.

What will I learn

Change is all around us. The pace of Change is accelerating. Changing things means uncertainty and discomfort to most people, so it’s good to understand what people will go through in their minds, and how you can ease the pain. To cause Change in a responsible way requires a full understanding of ‘how it currently is, and why’ before wondering ‘how it could be’. Change often causes conflict, so the Change Leader needs to know how to spot conflict, prepare for it, and deal with it effectively.
