Supervision - An Introduction

Who should attend
The course is designed for newly appointed or soon to be promoted supervisors, team leaders, Foremen and Leading Hands. The course is ideally suited to people who are new to the job, are soon to be promoted to a supervisory position, or as a refresher.

The course provides the essential knowledge and skills that every Supervisor/Team Leader needs for managing people. It covers leadership, motivation and communications - the vital components for achieving through their team. This course will show you clear and simple ways to communicate goals and objectives to your team, to ensure you have a common purpose.
