Line workers who are being considered for promotion to Team Leader, Supervisor or First Line Manager and need to develop the set of skills their new position requires.

What will I learn

To develop the communication skills the new First Line Manager needs to build team performance.

These are the first two days of the National Certificate in First Line Management - Level 3 (Communications and Quality)
