CATEGORY:  EXPORT

International Trade Documentation

Who should attend?

Newcomers to export, shipping department trainees, export administrators who have had no formal training in export procedures, dispatch department staff, sales and customer service staff, finance and invoicing administrators, freight forwarders who wish to understand export documentary procedures and view this activity from the exporter’s viewpoint, and management trainees.

What will I learn?

This course will allow the attendee to ‘feel and experience’ export documentation at close range.  Attendees will be taken through all stages of the ‘export cycle’ documentation requirements for international trade.  Attendees will learn how to complete each document, when to use it, the procedures which have to be followed and, more importantly, why they are required.  Attendees will leave with a full set of basic documentation and the various tips and checklists associated with this course will help alleviate the possible pitfalls that can await the unwary.
