Effective Strategy Implementation

Who should attend

Business owners, leaders and (senior) managers responsible for initiating and/or implementing organisational strategy

What will I learn

Typically the realm of strategy is ‘top-down’ - set by (senior) management who then roll it out. There is a significant disconnect as those enacting the strategy weren’t part of its formulation. This course addresses that issue. It is a pragmatic guide to generating the necessary buy-in from those who must embody the strategy.

Workshop Content

This is a practical programme – designed for immediate application. By applying a series of strengths-based approaches, full team engagement rises dramatically. This versatile framework simplifies and accelerates change management; once understood, it can then be applied more broadly to any change initiative (large or small, strategic or operational).

Productivity Improvements

On leaving this course you will be able to:

  • Facilitate high-level problem-solving within any change process
  • Tap into the collective intelligence within your teams
  • Gain near-instant buy-in from your team
  • Meet your strategic objectives with greater ease
